How To Perform Wallball Shot

  1. Stand in front of the wall with your legs shoulder-width apart and holding the wall-ball.
  2. Sit to the squat position, stretching your arms as hard as you can and throwing the wall-ball upward.
  3. Take the falling wall-ball and get back to the squat position.
