Instruction
- Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Raise both hands above your hand and slowly lean your upper body backward. Gradually bend until you can see the floor, and continue moving until your hands touch the ground.
- Firmly support yourself with your hands and feet on the ground, forming a full bridge position. Lift your hips upward and expand your chest and shoulders as much as possible.
- Using the strength of your lower back and glutes, bring your upper body forward and return to a standing position.
