How To Perform Single Leg Horizontal Leg Press
- Sit with your hips and lower back firmly pressed against the chair
- Place your one-foot shoulder width apart
- While not letting your hips and lower back float, extend your bent knees
- Feel the tension from the weight and bend your knees to return back to the starting position
