How To Perform Single Leg Horizontal Leg Press

  1. Sit with your hips and lower back firmly pressed against the chair
  2. Place your one-foot shoulder width apart
  3. While not letting your hips and lower back float, extend your bent knees
  4. Feel the tension from the weight and bend your knees to return back to the starting position
