How To Perform Shrug Machine

  1. With your feet shoulder-width apart, hold the handles of the machine with both hands.
  2. Pull your shoulders up as much as you can, like you are attaching them to your ears.
  3. Feeling resistance in your trapezius muscles, slowly lower your shoulders and return to the starting position.
