How To Perform Seated Single Leg Leg Curl
- Seat in the machine and adjust the machine so that your calf pad is just above the Achilles tendon.
- While raising your ankle, flex one knee as far as possible to contract the back thigh (Biceps femoris).
- Slowly extend the knee while maintaining tension in the biceps femoris.
