How To Perform Seated Leg Curl

  1. While seated on the machine, adjust the machine so that the pad on the calf side is directly above the Achilles heel.
  2. With the ankle upright, bend the knee as much as possible to contract the back thigh.
  3. Slowly straighten your knees while maintaining the tension in your back thigh.
