How To Perform Plank Twist

  1. Place your elbows on the floor and maintain a plank position, ensuring your body forms a straight line from head to toe.
  2. Rotate your hips from side to side, bringing one hip close to the floor.
  3. Keep your knees off the ground as you rotate your hips in the opposite direction.
  4. Repeat the movement slowly while keeping tension in your core and oblique muscles.
