How To Perform One Arm Landmine Press
- Secure one end of the barbell and fix the position to the ground.
- Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart and hold the other end of the barbell with one hand.
- Push the barbell upward while being careful not to bend your wrist.
- Slowly lower the barbell and return to the starting position.
