How To Perform One Arm Landmine Press

  1. Secure one end of the barbell and fix the position to the ground.
  2. Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart and hold the other end of the barbell with one hand.
  3. Push the barbell upward while being careful not to bend your wrist.
  4. Slowly lower the barbell and return to the starting position.
