Instruction
- Adjust the seat height and handle position so that the handles are aligned around your navel to lower-chest elvel, then sit on the machine and grip the handles to prepare.
- Secure your feet firmly on the footplates, keep your torso upright, and engage your core to stabilize your posture.
- Extend your arms forward to create the starting position, then exhale as you pull the handles toward your body using the strength of your lats and mid-back.
- Avoid leaning your torso backward, focus on pulling your elbows straight back.
- Pause briefly when the handles are close to your body and your shoulder blades are squeezed together with your back fully contracted, then inhale as you slowly extend your arms back to the starting position while feeling the stretch in your back muscles.
