How To Perform Leg Curl
- Start by lying flat on your stomach and adjust the machine so that the pad is located just above the Achilles heel.
- With your ankles pulled toward yourself, bend your knees to raise the pad.
- Slowly lower the pad while maintaining tension in the waist, hips, and hamstrings.
