How To Perform Landmine Press

  1. Secure one end of the barbell and fix the position to the ground.
  2. Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart and hold the other end of the barbell with both hands.
  3. Push the barbell upward while being careful not to bend your wrists.
  4. Slowly lower the barbell and return to the starting position.
