How To Perform Knee Push Up
- Place your hands on the floor beside your chest and lower your knees to the ground, getting into a prone position.
- Engage your core and glutes, then extend your elbows to push your upper body upward. (Keep your body in a straight line without arching your back.)
- Slowly bend your elbows to lower your chest close to the floor, returning to the starting position.
