How To Perform Horizontal Leg Press

  1. Sit with your hips and lower back firmly against the chair, and place your feet shoulder-width apart. (If you open it narrowly, you can give more stimulation to the outside of your thighs, and if you open it wide, it can give more stimulation to the inside of your thighs.)
  2. While not letting your hips and lower back float, extend your bent knees.
  3. Feel the tension from the weight and bend your knees to return back to the starting position.
