How To Perform HIp Abduction Machine
- Sit on the machine and lean your upper body slightly tower while put outside of your knee on the machine pad.
- With your upper and lower body fixed, use the strength from the outer side of the glutes to slowly spread both thighs sideways.
- Slowly return to the starting position with feeling the stimulation of the outer side of your glutes.
