How To Perform Dumbbell Squeeze Press
- Lie on a bench and hold dumbbells vertically with your palms facing outward.
- Push the dumbbells upward in a vertical direction while feeling the stimulation in your chest.
- Exhale as you slowly lower the dumbbells and return to the starting position.
