How To Perform Dumbbell Squeeze Press

  1. Lie on a bench and hold dumbbells vertically with your palms facing outward.
  2. Push the dumbbells upward in a vertical direction while feeling the stimulation in your chest.
  3. Exhale as you slowly lower the dumbbells and return to the starting position.
