How To Perform Decline Push Up
- Place both feet on an elevated structure, and position your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart on the floor. (The higher the elevation of your feet, the greater the difficulty.)
- Bend your elbows to lower your chest toward the floor, keeping your core engaged to prevent your body from wobbling.
- Push your body back up using the strength of your chest and arms.
