How To Perform Decline Push Up

  1. Place both feet on an elevated structure, and position your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart on the floor. (The higher the elevation of your feet, the greater the difficulty.)
  2. Bend your elbows to lower your chest toward the floor, keeping your core engaged to prevent your body from wobbling.
  3. Push your body back up using the strength of your chest and arms.
