How To Perform Cable Reverse Fly
- Hold the cable handles with your hands on a different side, and place yourself in the center of the cable machine.
- Bend your elbows slightly and pull the cables.
- While keeping the elbows at the same position, pull the cables back vigorously.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
