How To Perform Bodyweight Backward Lunge
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a kettlebell in both hands, and keep your upper body straight.
- Step one leg backward, lowering your hips until your front knee forms a 90-degree angle. Maintain a straight posture with your back and upper body throughout the movement.
- Press through the front leg to push yourself back slowly to the starting position.
- Repeat the same movement with the opposite leg.
