How To Perform Bird Dog
- Start on all fours with your hands placed under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
- Engage your core and keep your spine straight as you extend one arm and the opposite leg straight out, forming a straight line with your body.
- Slowly return to the extended arm and leg to the starting position.
- Repeat the same movement with the other arm and leg, alternating sides.
