How To Perform Behind Neck Press

  1. Hold the barbell twice as wide as your shoulders.
  2. While your elbows and wrist are vertically aligned, slowly lower the barbell to the back of your head.
  3. Push up the barbell while maintaining muscle tension on your shoulders.
