How To Perform Barbell Pullover

  1. Hold the barbell shoulder-width
  2. Stretch your chest and lay down on the bench
  3. Lift the barbell vertically
  4. Bend your elbows slightly toward the sky
  5. Lower the barbell in a large arc behind your head
  6. While fixing the elbows, push the barbell up in the same way as it went down
