How To Perform Barbell Pullover
- Hold the barbell shoulder-width
- Stretch your chest and lay down on the bench
- Lift the barbell vertically
- Bend your elbows slightly toward the sky
- Lower the barbell in a large arc behind your head
- While fixing the elbows, push the barbell up in the same way as it went down
