How To Perform Barbell Backward Lunge
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart and the barbell resting on your upper back.
- Keep your upper body straight as you step one leg backward, lowering your hips until the front knee forms a 90-degree angle. Maintain a straight posture throughout the movement.
- Press through the front leg to push yourself back to the starting position.
- Repeat the same movement with the opposite leg.
