How To Perform Arnold Dumbbell Press
- Lift the dumbbells in both hands and place them in front of your shoulder with your palms facing you.
- Push the dumbbells up making your palms facing forward.
- Slowly return to the position in step 1 while feeling the tension on your shoulder muscle.
