How To Perform Arnold Dumbbell Press

  1. Lift the dumbbells in both hands and place them in front of your shoulder with your palms facing you.
  2. Push the dumbbells up making your palms facing forward.
  3. Slowly return to the position in step 1 while feeling the tension on your shoulder muscle.
