How To Perform Ab Coaster Machine
- Place your knees on the pad and hold onto the handles with both hands to keep your upper body stable.
- Engage your abdominal muscles to pull your knees toward your chest. Keep your upper body stationary and focus on feeling the contraction in your abs.
- When your knees reach the maximum height, hold the position for 1-2 seconds, maintaining the tension in your abdominal muscles.
- Slowly return the knee pad to the starting position while keeping the tension in your abs.
