How To Perform Ab Coaster Machine

  1. Place your knees on the pad and hold onto the handles with both hands to keep your upper body stable.
  2. Engage your abdominal muscles to pull your knees toward your chest. Keep your upper body stationary and focus on feeling the contraction in your abs.
  3. When your knees reach the maximum height, hold the position for 1-2 seconds, maintaining the tension in your abdominal muscles.
  4. Slowly return the knee pad to the starting position while keeping the tension in your abs.
