How To Perform Inchworm

  1. With your legs straight, bend your back and place your hands in front of your feet.
  2. Keeping your knees straight, extend both your hands forward one step at a time. Both hands move forward until the waistline is in a straight line.
  3. Do one pushup.
  4. Return to the starting position by moving both hands in reverse order.
