How To Perform Cable Overhead Tricep Extension
- Place the rope at the top of the cable machine and hold the rope with both hands.
- Standing with your back to the cable, step one foot forward, lean your upper body slightly forward, and keep your knees slightly bent.
- Extend your arms vigorously forward while keeping your elbows fixed by the side of your head.
- Slowly return back to the starting position while keeping the position of your elbow.
