How To Perform Seated Dumbbell Rear Lateral Raise

  1. Sit on a bench
  2. Hold dumbbells parallel to each other with both hands
  3. Lean your upper body forward
  4. With your elbows slightly bent, raise the dumbbells in both hands to be in the same position as your shoulders
  5. Slowly lower the dumbbells while feeling the tension of the deltoid muscles and the back of the shoulder
