How To Perform Dumbbell Upright Row

  1. Hold dumbbells with your both hands slightly narrower than the shoulder-width and place them slightly on your thighs.
  2. Raise the dumbbells while spreading your elbows to the sides.
  3. While maintaining tension on the shoulders, slowly lower it and return to the position in step 1.
