How To Perform One Arm Lateral Wide Pulldown
- Adjust the height of the thigh pads and sit on the chair, holding the handle wider than shoulder width.
- With your thighs fixed to the pads and your chest open, forcefully lower the elbow of one hand directly to your side. (At this time, bring the shoulder blades together and move the elbows in a vertical direction with the floor.)
