How To Perform Barbell Incline Row

  1. Lean on the inclined bench and hold the barbell a little wider than your shoulder width.
  2. While the abs and chest are attached to the bench, pull the barbell in the belly button’s direction.
  3. Slowly release your arms and return to the starting position.
