How To Perform Single Leg Leg Press
- Sit with your hips and lower back firmly pressed against the chair and place one foot on the weight plate.
- Remove the safety pin and bend the knee while feeling the tension from the weight.
- Lower the weight plate to a depth where your hips and lower back will not float.
- Keeping your abdominals tension, gently push the weight plate up.
