How To Perform Wallball Shot
- Stand in front of the wall with your legs shoulder-width apart and holding the wall-ball.
- Sit to the squat position, stretching your arms as hard as you can and throwing the wall-ball upward.
- Take the falling wall-ball and get back to the squat position.
