How To Perform Shrug Machine
- With your feet shoulder-width apart, hold the handles of the machine with both hands.
- Pull your shoulders up as much as you can, like you are attaching them to your ears.
- Feeling resistance in your trapezius muscles, slowly lower your shoulders and return to the starting position.
