How To Perform Seated Barbell Shoulder Press
- While seated on a bench, hold a barbell shoulder-width apart and rest it over your collarbones.
- Contact your chest and squeeze your back to lift the barbell over your head.
- Slowly lower the barbell along the way it went up and return to the starting position.
