How To Perform Jerk

  1. This exercise is a pretty complicate exercise that can be the cause of injury. Please consult a trainer who can guide this exercise before perform.
  2. Hold the barbell with the shoulder width and place it on the collarbone.
  3. Bend your knees and quickly raise the barbell over your head.
  4. Hold up the barbell with both arms straight.
  5. Stretch all joints to maintain the posture for a while, then lower the barbell on the floor.
