How To Perform Zercher Squat
- Spread your legs shoulder-width apart.
- Open your arms and place the bar at the folds of your arms.
- Lower yourself into a squat position while keeping your chest straight open and pulling your hips back.
- Perform squat while taking care not to bend your shoulders forward.
