How To Perform One Arm Dumbbell Row

  1. With your back straight and your body tilted, place your hand and knee you don’t want to exercise on the bench.
  2. Hold the dumbbell with the other hand and straighten the arm.
  3. Lift the dumbbell vigorously to the side of your body.
  4. While feeling the tension of the lats, lower the dumbbell and return to the position in step 2.
