How To Perform Lying Barbell Row
- Lie face down on a bench and grab a barbell slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Keeping your stomach and chest pressed against the bench, pull the barbell vigorously up toward your abdomen.
- Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
