How To Perform Low-pulley Cable Fly

  1. Place the cable grips at the bottom of the cable machine and hold them with your palms facing forward.
  2. Step forward from the center of the cable machine and straighten your upper body with your chest wide open.
  3. Bring your hands together in front of your chin by making an inverted V-shaped path.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position with feeling the tension on your upper chest.
