How To Perform Incline Cable Fly
- Lie flat on a bench and hold the cable with both hands.
- Slightly bend your elbows to minimize arm involvement during the exercise.
- Slowly bring your arms together in a circular motion, contracting your chest muscles.
- Slowly lower your arms while feeling the relaxation of your chest muscles.
