How To Perform Dumbbell Side Bend
- With both feet shoulder-width apart, hold the dumbbell in one hand and straighten your arm to in line with your body.
- Slowly bend your waist in the direction of the hand holding the dumbbell.
- Stretch your waist back while maintaining the tension in your abs.
