How To Perform Dumbbell Pullover
- Lie down with your upper back on a bench while straightening your chest.
- Hold the dumbbell vertically and lift it in the vertical direction of your body.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells above your head.
- Slowly return to the second posture while feeling the stimulation of the chest and back.
