How To Perform Cable Lying Tricep Extension

  1. Lie on a bench and grab the bar with both hands and lift it vertically.
  2. With your elbows fixed, lower the bar over your forehead to the top of your head.
  3. Return to the starting position by lifting the bar. Your elbow should be stationary during this exercise.
