How To Perform Cable External Roation
- Stand side by side with the cable machine and adjust the height of the machine at your waist level.
- Hold the cable with an outside hand.
- With your elbows firmly fixed to your waist, pull the cable in a semicircle outside your navel.
- At this time, keep the forearm parallel to the floor.
- Slowly return to the starting position while feeling the tension in your shoulders.
