How To Perform Abs Roll Out
- Place your knees on the floor
- Hold the barbell shoulder-width and place it under your shoulders
- Push the barbell upward slowly
- Lower your body as far as you can
- Keep the upper body and knees in a straight line so that the hips do not fall back
- Return to position 1 while keeping the tension on your abs
