How To Perform Abs Roll Out

  1. Place your knees on the floor
  2. Hold the barbell shoulder-width and place it under your shoulders
  3. Push the barbell upward slowly
  4. Lower your body as far as you can
  5. Keep the upper body and knees in a straight line so that the hips do not fall back
  6. Return to position 1 while keeping the tension on your abs
