How To Perform Dumbbell Thruster
- Grab a dumbbell in each hand and place it over your shoulders.
- Sit with your butt back while keeping your eyes straight ahead.
- Stretch your abs and glute to get up.
- Use your rising power to push the dumbbells up overhead.
