How To Perform Behind Neck Pulldown
- Adjust the height of the thigh pad and sit on a chair holding the bar wider than shoulder-width.
- With your thighs pushed against the pad and your chest open, pull the bar behind your head until it touches your neck. (At this time, pull the bar with the strength of your back (lats), not your arms.)
- Slowly straighten your arms while feeling the lats relax.
