How To Perform T-bar Row Machine

  1. With your legs hip-width apart, place the machine at the center of your body.
  2. Hold the machine with both hands, keeping your back neutral and not arching your back.
  3. With your elbows close to your body, pull the handle all the way to your stomach.
  4. Feeling the tension in your back, lower the machine and return to position 2.
